Tried this sauce on a batch of tacos and let’s just say… it understood the assignment. Good heat, but not the kind that makes you question your life choices. It kicked up the flavor without bullying the meat or drowning the toppings. A little smoky, a little tangy, and just enough spice to make you reach for a second taco (or third—don’t judge me). Solid addition to the taco night lineup. Would sauce again.
