I like the lime flavor. It's quite good on tacos and nachos. I'm an extreme chili head so I'll judge the head as a "normal" person. ...... It's a nice heat that most can handle. It lingers but won't overwhelm you. Definitely good to keep in your supply....... Also good on quesdilla and some rice dishes.

It's not as hot as I'm used to (Carolina Reaper), but it does have a lot of great flavor to it.

I ordered the half dozen handicaps. I split it with a friend. We both agreed they are some of the best hot sauces we’ve had. We will be ordering more in the future. The company has a great story and great product. You can’t go wrong!
